Facility Usage Information

Outside organizations or agencies are welcome to request the use of Jeff Tech's facilities. Facility usage may be requested for the following periods.

  • Fall usage requests (September through November) annually from August 1 to August 15.
  • Spring usage requests (January through April) annually from December 1 to December 15.

Requests for weeknight gymnasium use in the following two hour increments only.

  • 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Organizations or agencies wishing to request the use of Jeff Tech facilities must complete and return the Facility Usage Application and Agreement along with a certificate of liability insurance to the facility coordinator. Incomplete requests will not be processed until all requirements are received and fulfilled.
