SafelandUSA Basic Safety Awareness Orientation Course
 

The course is designed to promote safe practices in individuals seeking employment in the Shale Industry.

The course is written by PEC/Premier Safety Management and is composed of four modules and each module has a written test. All students are required to have a score of 80% or better. One retest is permitted for each module.

Successful completers of the course will be awarded documentation by PEC/Premier Safety Management. The course is taught by an approved instructor.

Pre-registration is required for enrollment. Identification is required with the application to establish identity for each student. For example, a copy of the student's driver's license should be sent with the application. Pictures of each student will be taken before class begins and copies of identity documents will be sent with the pictures to PEC/Premier Safety Management.

Class will begin on Friday night and be held from 5-8 PM. Saturday morning class will begin at 8 AM and conclude by 5 PM. There is a 30 minute break for lunch so students are encouraged to bring a bag lunch.

All students should bring pens, pencils and paper for taking notes.
